It's hardly an exaggeration to say that most people these days are the proud owner of a smartphone--whether it's an iPhone, Android, or Blackberry--and many of us also have additional gadgets we depend on daily for convenience, entertainment, and communication. iPods, iPads, and laptops are staples in many households, and some families may even have a few of each.

Not a single one of these items is inexpensive to replace, so we tend to make sure we look after them by choosing specially made protective cases for them all. Zazzle has Speck brand cases that are a hard shell but covered with fabric for a soft feel. Your design will be printed on the fabric. They have one option each for iPhone 3G/3GS, iPhone 4, iPod Touch, and the iPad. They also offer new hard Case-Mate brand cases for iPhones, iPod Touch, BlackBerry, Samsung, and Android devices.

Zazzle has no set-up fees, offers bulk discounts, and ships as soon as 24 hours but could take up to 3-5 business days.

iFrogz has two-part cases that you can mix and match colors for a customized color scheme. They don’t currently appear to have a design-your-own option for the iPhone 4 or iPad, but there are plenty of options for different Blackberry models, and they have plenty of cool standard designs to choose from. Oh, and they have customizable earbuds too!
